Do Our Dog Walkers have insurance and CRB ( Criminal Record Bureau) Checks?

Yes, we are fully Insured with Pet Business Insurance for walking, doggy day care, home sitting and pet taxi. All the Team are CRB Checked.

Do Our Dog Walkers have a Council License?

Yes, we are fully Licensed by the Tewkesbury Council. No. 18/01159/ANIMB1. 5 STAR License

Do Our Dog Walkers have a cancellation policy?

Yes ODW charge the following cancellation fees:

  • Walking & Day care services – If cancelled 24 hours or less 100% fee will be charged
  • Boarding – If cancelled 48 hours or less a 100% charge will apply of the total boarding fee. 1 week or less 50%

Are there any late payment charges?

Yes, you will be charged 10% of your invoice total if payment is more than 48hrs later than the payment deadline stated on the invoice.

Do Our Dog Walkers charge a Retainer fee?

Yes, To ensure your dog/s keep their place secure, we request that a retainer fee is paid to us during weeks of absence (Retainer fee will be charged after the first week).
This fee ensures that your place is not taken up by other customers waiting for a service with us.
If you wish to secure your walking/daycare place, 50% of your normal weekly bookings will be payable as per the normal invoicing schedule of twice per month.
The payment will guarantee your dog/s place on their return.
The retainer fee will not be payable if it is us that are closed for service i.e. at Christmas.

What times are Our Dog Walkers open for bookings?

Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 5pm
Sunday 9am – 12pm
